## Who operates this site

julianleiss.com is operated by Julián Leiss, an independent designer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to hello@leiss.site.

## What is collected

The site does not have user accounts, forms, or comment systems, and it does not ask you for personal information. The only data processed is (a) standard server logs handled by the hosting provider (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp), used for security and to keep the site running, and (b) aggregated, anonymous page-view and performance statistics.

## Analytics

Page views are measured with Vercel Web Analytics, and page performance (Core Web Vitals such as load and interaction timings) with Vercel Speed Insights. Both are privacy-friendly services that do not use cookies and do not track visitors across sites. They record aggregate metrics such as page path, referrer, country, device type, browser and timing values. No personal profile is built and no data is sold or shared with advertisers.

## Cookies and local storage

This site does not set tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a single language preference (English or Spanish) kept in localStorage so the site remembers the language you picked. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

## Third-party content

Project images and videos are delivered through Cloudinary's content delivery network, and some project pages embed videos hosted on YouTube. When these assets load, the respective provider may receive your IP address and standard request headers under its own privacy policy. Nothing else is loaded from third parties.

## Email

If you write to hello@leiss.site, your message and contact details are used only to reply to you and to follow up on the conversation you started. They are not added to mailing lists or shared with anyone.

## Your rights

Because the site keeps no personal records, there is usually nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you believe some data about you is held (for example an email exchange), ask at hello@leiss.site and it will be handled promptly, in line with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

## Changes

This policy may be updated when the site changes. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page. Substantive changes will be reflected here rather than announced elsewhere.
